REFUNDS
Because of the misuse of our return/refund policy, My Scissor Therapy is an exchange-only shop. No refunds or cancellations are allowed or offered. However, Should something be wrong, let me know and I will remake your item. Due to the digital nature of some of my products, I do not offer/give refunds on cupcake wrappers and Toppers or party supplies, or party decorations unless otherwise stated in writing by me.
My digital files are offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall My Scissor Therapy or its owners be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the products in any way. In no event shall My Scissor Therapy or its owners' liability be greater than the price you paid for the product or service that is the basis of the claim.
No refunds are given or offered on candy. All sales final
SHIPPING
I live in Oregon and it takes a MINIMUM of 5 days to get anything across the USA. Please remember this when you are planning your event! Thanks for your understanding. When I purchase a shipping label to mail your treasure to you, I use PayPal shipping services.
Be sure that your address is correct within your account. PayPal shipping labels are created with the address you have on file. Should the address be wrong and it is returned to me, YOU will need to pay the shipping again to have it resent to you. NO REFUNDS ON EXTRA SHIPPING.
